Are trash Pokemon worth anything

Well it depends on how you look at it, if they are extras of legendary or event pokes those could be worth a good chunk of pokedollars. If they are simply just Pokemon of easy rarity then they are normally sold at about 100 - 400 pokedollars a piece. Hope that helps!
