Eevee has got to be my favorite overall!

Chespin line and Impidimp, I remember overleveling my Chesnaught in Pokemon Y and Impidimp is just pink gremlin with tongue sticking out, so guess who has a soft spot for weird pokemon?

my top 3 favorites are Pikachu, Eevee, and machoke. they are always the most amazing to me.

for honorable mentions i would say all of the grass type starters. i honestly love them all to death.
