i really want a mega spring ampharos but i have no idea how i have both mega and spring but not on the same one and there both male do i have to find a female of one?

You need a mega-able Spring Ampharos, not a regular mega-able Ampharos. You'd need to breed Spring Ampharos until you get a mega-able one or buy it from another user. They're usually expensive since it's already hard to breed events let alone have them be mega-able.

Mega-able is not passed down by breeding, it's a random chance for every egg. You can increase it with the Mega Cuff in the item shop/sometimes with the fountain.
