Is there a setting for pokemon, so in the top right instead of saying Ji-Ji-Jirachi it can just say Jirachi?

That's natural. Pokemon always have their own cry in core series games, and so PH too

Huh, I never thought that would have anything to do with pokemon talking by saying their name. I always just figured it was a silly thing for no particular reason. :b

But, to answer the question: no, I don't think there's ever been a setting like that.
