Here I will answer some questions
you probably have
Can my character be mythical/legendary? No, as legend/myths play a key role in this universe you would simply be overpowered
Can my character have split personalities? Yes, but as split personalities can be confusing, you are limited to 3 or less
Can my character be shiny/insert characteristic here? Yes, you character is an individual and it is part of the roleplay
Can I use a character from other stories/roleplays? Yes but your character would not be same as your other one, same memories, family, experience etc. It would essentially be a clone of you character

Pokemon species: Vulpix/Ninetales(alolan)
Shiny/condition status: Is a blonde Alolan Vulpix that hatched with blonde tints instead of blue, a condition that came when Mt Lanakila was cleared for the New world, Alolan Vulpix started hatching with rare blonde tints, and Zoey was the only one to survive

Personally traits: Sassy, protective, loyal, not the most social or polite, but protective of any friends she makes

Shiny/condition status:(this is where you insert physical characteristics of your character)Instead of the normal cerulean color it is mostly a cerulean-turquoise color. The fluffy part is really white. It wears an altarianite in a necklace. Near to evolution. Around 14 years old.

Nice and generous, curious, smart, tends to overthink things, likes reading and has a lot of knowledge of the freemon species, currently researching on mega evolution, terrible cook but good at sewing, enjoys gliding in the air.
