It's fine, you don't have to tip. I wasn't too pleased with how the Pichu came out either, but Pichu sprites always seem to end up that way.

I tried to make it look as close to the original GSC style as possible without eliminating too much shading, but it ended up looking almost shadeless anyway.

Sorry for the wait.


The tentacle looking parts on Emolga were supposed to be from dark, but it made it look kind of like a squid, so it works for water, too.
