Multiple Chats Open At Once

My one friend pointed out how annoying it is to switch from chat to chat.
So this is how this suggestion came about.
Basically, be able to have multiple chats open at once without having to have multiple tabs open and without switching chats every time you want to say something.
Because of the size of the palpad chats when you open them i'll say maybe only 2-3 at a time but it would be useful for those wanting to keep track of multiple conversations/group chats at the same time.
Here's kinda an example of what i mean:
