I don't understand how to mega my meganium?
It's already holding the stone but there's no option or anything to evolve it?

Is it holding a Mega Stone? As in the item Mega Stone? And not just the icon labelling that it can mega-evolve?

It's not holding a mega stone. That icon means that it can mega evolve. You need to get a Mega Stone, the item, and let the Meganium hold it.

get mega stone and gave it to meganium then it need to get new level to mega evolve if its over level 50
