So I made it to the cheri berry quest today, and I'm supposed to harvest a level two cheri berry before i can do anything else with the garden, but I've put the seeds through nearly ten times and I haven't gotten ONE level two berry. Is it just really rare or do they not level up at all? I'm very frustrated.

If I remember correctly, that first level can take a while. Just put in the max amount of Berries in the Seed Maker and you'll eventually get it (:
