I'm mainly aiming to eventually get Manaphy and the shiny pokemon, though how many tickets would you guys recommend I get each day? I usually get 100 or 200 tickets.

Make sure to train my bird!

Shiny manaphy is gained through game chips at the game centre exchange. It is shiny Lucia that is the prize for the lottery. Unless I have misunderstood? Anyway, it is honestly down to luck, with the amount of different combos in the lottery you could have 1000s of tickets and still not win but 100 tickets a day is all I really do. Otherwise you may lose more game chips than it is worth.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. I'll probably buy just a few hundred tickets a day, and play Concentration when I can to get chips.
