Group palpad is referring to the fact that you can now make group chats on the palpad function.

As for what I think, honestly, I didn't need it but I do know that a lot of people did ^^ Took me a while to figure out how to take myself out of a chat though :'D Definitely a useful thing to know to prevent myself from having to deal with random group chats.

Thanks to this post, I didn't even know it's original functionality until I looked it up. Do people even use it? While i'm at it, do people even use the herochat function? I've check periodically but all I ever see is myself in there, unless i'm doing something wrong.
