Because users are trolls
And someone could very well bid an exaggerated amount of PD on an auction and retrieve the money right before the auction ends.
This would not only make other users miss the chance of bidding on that respective auction, but the one who set it up would get their hopes up for some money and then bam, they're gone

In other words, no support
