So I went through and saw that you can catch the school form of wishiwashi but can you forme change it? It’s been awhile since I’ve been on. Sorry for the noobish question

There is no way to change wishiwashi's form on PH (at least for the time being). The only way to get the school form is from the Emera Beach. (And, of course, through trading it from other users.)
