Error nodded, and started shooting multiple of the demons, fully
concentrating on the task before her. She was half tempted to let
Chaos just do this level, but decided against it. For now.
A demon that looked cyborg like grabbed drake's skull, and slamemd
him to the ground that knocked away all his lives except one.
"I-ill......ill take you all on!" Said drake holding his blade and
killing tons of demons and behind error, a cyborg like demon
punched all her lives away exept one. Drake turned around and saw
this. "No!" He said, dropping his blade. But the demon picked up
the blade, and stabbed drake with it. "Agh!!!" He yelled. The demon
pulled the blade out, leaving drake to die...
Error half debated relying on luck, but luck means nothing compared
to being able to destroy everyone/thing. And so, she let Chaos
finish the job. Chaos sighed, grabbing her sword and
literally pouring half of a bottle of one of her most dangerous
poisons along the blade. She casually put the bottle back in her
pocket and stood in a fighting stance, the blade also lighting with
a black flame. She dashed forwards towards one of the demons. "Damn
do i miss being able to do this." She said, gripping the handle of
her sword tightly as she slashed at the demon with it.
Chaos walked over to him, making sure no other enemies would dare
attack as she gripped her blade. "What?" She said, showing
literally no emotion, mostly because she was focusing on making
sure she wouldn't die. It was clear that despite her concentration
on keeping the enemies back, she was still listening. She would've
tried to help - mostly for Error's sake - but Chaos was useless
when it came to healing or helping people, she was only ever good
at hurting, killing.
"make sure....to survive....get to the portal, i will keep them
away.." he says stabbing his blade into the ground, and cracking
the blade in half, turning it into a gun.he stands up. "go..!" he
said taking the gun out of the ground and shooting the demons. "ill
protect you!"
Chaos sighed. "It's nice to see you trying to be so righteous, but
really you should try to get to the portal. I've dealt with worse
odds, trust me. My weapon can cut through these fools like a 1000
degree knife through butter, it'll be more beneficial for you to
try to leave first." She smiled slightly, and added. "It's what
Error would prefer, isn't it? She doesn't have many friends, I'm
pretty sure she wouldn't want one dying in an attempt to save her."
She never loosened the grip she had on her blade in the slightest.
he folded the blade into a cane like thing, and held his ak47 in
his hand. he limped torwards the portal, shooting the demons left
and right. he fell through the portal and landed on the couch, he
still bleeding out.
Chaos casually dashed to the portal, killing quite a good few
demons mostly so she didn't see the amount of poison she used on
her weapon as a waste before she leapt through the portal. She then
realised she had no clue of how to help in the slightest and looked
around, trying to think.
"Welp that saved me from having to come up with something useful on
the spot." Chaos laughed slightly. "The only useful thing i can do
is kill people." She shrugged. "And sometimes that's not so
useful." She added, really quietly.
"Nope. Perfectly fine." Chaos said, the fire on her blade just
disappearing. She grabbed a piece of cloth from her pocket and used
it to wipe the poison off, as well. Probably shouldn't have used
as much but eh what the hell I can always make more. She
thought, not being particularly concerned about anything, but being
quite careful when trying to get the poison off her
sword-that-is-definitely-more-than-a-sword.
"She probably is." Chaos said. "....And speaking of Error, I
thought I might give you one piece of friendly advice." Her tone
was extremely serious. "Be Careful, alright?" It was definitely a
vague piece of advice, but it was a possibility that Chaos wasn't
allowed to say too much on the topic, or was trying to say as
little as possible so nothing would be mentioned about it by
accident in front of Error.
Chaos smiled. "Funny, I thought she may end up doing something like
that. The downside of sleep talking." She laughed slightly. "That's
exactly what I'm on about. The other person was me, just so you
know. As I said, all I'm good at is killing people, hurting people.
And there's some situations I can't say no to." She sighed.
"Let's just say she used that fact to her advantage, to get rid
of.. the rest of our race." She thought she might as well as say as
close to the truth as possible. "If you ever tell her I told you
this, I'll have to kill you, though."
She put her sword back in her pocket, and burnt the piece of cloth
used to wipe off the poison. "So, uh yea, just, be careful. She can
act so vastly different depending on who she's around and the kind
of mood she's in, heck sometimes it's hard for me to understand
her, and I can quite literally read her mind." She paused. "Shall
we start the next chapter? I'll let Error back in control in a
bit."
