I've been looking for these two for a long time and I still can't find them, so my question is.... How do I find Chef and Nappy?

You can find him at the honey tree. Constantly slather honey on the tree, and make sure to stock up on balls.

Chef:

When going into the lab between 6pm and 7pm pokeheroes time (check Castform in corner for time) Rowan will have dinner with the daycare man. There is a chance that an egg will be in the pot. Adopt it to obtain chef!

I have been to the lab around dinner time multiple times now and I've never had any luck... Is het normal that it's this rare of an occasion that they are having dinner, or could I be doing something wrong?

I actually haven't seen it yet, so im guessing its more of a rare occasion.
