Suzie sighs and gets plates down and water glasses and sets the table, “Pete, my heart, you know you could have helped with any of this.” She gives him a look and finishes setting everything up, “But it’s fine, love.” She serves up the vegetables and takes the steaks off and let’s them set for the last few minutes.

Lavi purrs louder but when she looks at Drake she stops and is wiggling to get away. Suzie slowly opens her eyes, “Ow. My head, huh? Why am I in bed?”

“Oh. Um, Lavi’s our kid for now. I... Could we even have kids? Dragons don’t get married and I don’t think humans can be soul bound.” She heads back out, “I don’t have an answer. And I’m sorry for fainting. Also you do know dinner actually is ready now?” She sighs and finishes setting up the plates, “Tada, you two go ahead and eat. I’m feeling a little light headed still.” Suzie smiles at Pete and Drake before sitting down on the couch.

You know where we are, please come by to visit as yourself.” She helps him to the door and then when she closes the door, “Pete do you know if you want kids? I always thought I’d get married and then I met you and...” Her voice trails off and she looks away, “Forget I said anything. I should just go to sleep at this point.”
