Some says It was Wasting Time Reading the rules BUT

I think what Riako's Point of Changing the Title because,, Some people will not Come here just for the update,, So Wasting is not true,, Reading the New Rules will make you a Better Person and Its not WASTING TIME hope you understand,,

And the Rules are now more Understandable,,, PokeHeroe's air is more Pleasant than ever

I agree with Kyogre_Pumpkaboo and everybody else who made this point. Reading the new rules is important. I've seen way too many people breaking them and I'm honestly glad they got an update because they needed one.

And I don't blame Riako for putting that you'll get a free Arceus. I knew it was fake from the start, but I read the updated rules anyway, so I don't accidentally break one in the future. Unfortunately, though, not everybody will do this and most need something valuable promised to them to read the rules (but I gotta say: well played, Riako :3)

In my opinion, the fake title thing was still really unnecessary. If people get in trouble because they broke a rule they didn't know about, then that's their own fault for not paying attention and not looking at the rules so they wouldn't have done that rule breaking action in the first place. But whatever, I can't control what Riako does anyway. If he wants to do that, then fine, whatever.
