In Town i still have a ???? under Rumble Areas and above Ancient Caves I heard things about royal tunnel i think thats it.. But how do u unlock it?

The Royal Tunnel will be unlocked for you upon reaching Trainer Lv.15 ;)

I won the "Event Spriting Contest" as it says on News Announcement #224.
