Soraya finishes healing Drago, “Zero, I trust that Flicker can fix it. I can’t give anymore blood though.” She focuses and holds her hands towards Zero, “Okay let’s see if I can fix your arm.” She takes a step towards him and suddenly was on the ground, “Or not.” She holds her head, “Okay I need a minute.”

Ilyce sighs, “Can you save Andy? Or is he stuck that way Flicker?”

Soraya takes a deep breath, “If I recharge my mana would it make a difference? Loosing blood and then healing myself took a lot of it out of me. And anger doesn’t resonate well within my crystals, and I was angry earlier.”

“Okay fine! What if I was a tree now? What would you do if I was a tree and you were told you couldn’t do anything?” Ilyce is starting to get mad, “I thought you were a tree and I couldn’t do anything! I know why he’s so upset! He lost something irreplaceable and you’re telling him that he’s still here but as a tree!” She throws her hands up in the air and storms off, “You’ve lost family, you know what loss is like.”

Ilyce walks further into the forest not caring about what’s around her. There’s an ominous aura surrounding her so most of the creatures are running from her.

Soraya can hear what’s being said but is running out of energy and the wound on her arm starts to bleed again.

Drago flies soraya to her old kingdom. "Here."

Ilyce doesn't stop walking deeper into the forest, "He thinks his friend is gone Flicker, forever. I felt the way he felt earlier when you were a tree. And you didn't have to say he's unsavable, Soraya said she'd try to help after she recharges." She stops near an old mangled tree, "Saying there's nothing that can be done, just makes everyone angry."

The wound on Soraya's arm heals on its own and she regains consciousness, "Where...? Oh, I'm here. T-thanks Drago." She shakily stands up and heads deep into the ruins towards what looks like it was once a castle, "I never wanted to go in here again."

Ilyce bites her lower lip and thinks for a moment before replying, "Flicker, you need to take care of everyone else first. I know you'll save me from this, but you need to be the leader everyone else needs first." She reaches up to touch him but quickly pulls her hand back, "I'll stay out here until then." She looks at the tree and starts to climb it, "Go learn how to be a king."

Soraya stands in a doorway inside the castle, "Hello demons, it's me your girl." She makes her way to what had been her room and throws herself onto the old dust covered bed, "Just let me sleep, and don't attack me again." She closes her eyes and falls asleep instantly.

He floats up there, grabs her arm, and whispers magic words. The curse gets destroyed. "There."

Ilyce looks at him slightly annoyed that he didn't listen, "You're no fun, I wouldn't have done anything reckless. I was literally just going to stay in this tree until you came back." She kisses his cheek, "But thank you."

A few lights in the houses outside the castle suddenly appear and float towards where Soraya and Drago are inside. They stop when they see Drago and are gone as soon as they had appeared. Soraya could feel the spirits inside the ruins watching them even while she was asleep, she starts to move and mumble in her sleep, most of it was gibberish but some of it was clear, "I'm sorry... safe... help you... so sorry..." She starts to cry and curls into herself.
