The little bubble that shows when somebody is active seems broken. It'll say someone's active when they haven't done anything all day. (For example, a friend of mine has been off since this morning. This is around the time when he'd be asleep, but it's been saying he's active all day long.)

Also, sometimes someone will message you, and the pad won't light up. So you'll go a long time without seeing someones response. This is troublesome when you're having a conversation.

For the not lighting up part, do you by any chance have multiple tabs open on PH? If you have another tab open with your palpad open on your conversation with that user, the palpad button won't light up since you've 'read' the conversation.

Well, I'm on mobile. I don't keep more than one tab open on the Firefox app.

For myself, I've noticed that when I'm on mobile and go into another app or lock my phone, the Pal Pad won't update until I refresh the page or go to a new one. Could that be a contributing factor with your case?

A bit, yeah. I'll go read something on Deviantart, and occasionally I'll get a notification from PalPad.
