Darwin chuckles, rolling his eyes. He takes the Zubat from Chiffon, carrying her like a real baby. "He likes you, Momo. He saw how much Chiffon nuzzles and talks to you, and he's jealous." He whispers this to Momo, who's eyes widen and cheeks become faintly red.

Nik desperately wants to crawl in a hole out of sheer embarrassment. His blush has only worsened. Momo, being the empathic Eevee she is, has Chiffon lean on her instead. Darwin looks away, giving his friends some space.

When they arrive, Chiffon is put to bed. Momo goes to a second one for a nap of her own.
