The answer to mine was Mega Ampharos. To do something differently after it has been done the same way for a long time is to break the mold; Mega Ampharos has Mold Breaker. Mega Mewtwo X is the only one of your guesses that is dual-typed when Mega but not when normally, and it does not have Mold Breaker, so you were incorrect.
I have a seamitar and armor made of shells.
