I have 2 retro articunos, and i know that both are non shiny, but when i view them in the image Here , the images are of different colours. Is it more of my eyes playing tricks, glitch, or some system differentation thingus?

I see no difference, i think your eyes are just pranking you.

That is a wonderful optical illusion [your eyes playing tricks].
Both Articuno have the same blue background of the 'party rectangle', BUT the first articuno also has the darker blue T and Y from Party in the background, which makes the articuno appear lighter, without actually being so.
