So I know that you should click on the Shiny Ditto but

Is it suppose to give you the plushie when the page says "hihihi" or does it just randomly say that every so many times you click with not relation to when you get the plushie?

It needs to say "hihihi" for the chance to get the plushie, but there's no guarantee that the "hihihi" will result in a plushie. If he says nothing, you're getting nothing. That's the only certainty
