I know that it isn't through Pokeheroes that the payment screen is but I couldn't find anything on the help site for the payment site. I tried to buy nuggets to get a membership and it says that it couldn't be processed and to try again later so I tried again later and got the same thing. If anyone could help that would be great!

A little bit more info on this. It gets to the screen where it is processing payment and then says it isn't able to.

At the bottom of the Nuggets-page [on PokéHeroes] all the way on the bottom left of the Xsolla screen, you can find a link "contact us" to report your problems to Xsolla itself (:

You said yourself you know it's not progressed through PokéHeroes, nor do we have contact with it directly ^^'
