I feed 100 berries then activate the 25%, when I go back a few minutes later it has reset and I have to feed 100 berries again. This happens all the time. I dont know if the 25% bonus is working.

...It's an instant 25% bonus, so of course it resets after activation ^^'
40 minutes => click bonus => instantly bring berries to 30 minutes

So, yeah, it's not a timed thing, you click it, you get a bonus.
