Beauty Contest Background Error

I went to work on my Entry for the Contest. At first, I chose a Desert Theme, and then decided against it, choosing a Black background from the Background Color area. I did NOT change the background again at any point during my work on the image.

When I finished the image, and entered it into the Contest, it took the picture with the Desert Background.

After playing around with it a bit, it appears that it happened because I did not put the Background Theme back to ---, and it overruled the Background Color I had selected.

Since the image showed with the Black Background the entire time, never once making me think I had done something wrong, could I suggest an "Are You Sure" preview type thing? If I had seen the final product would have the Desert Background, I would have fixed it before submitting.
