I’ve seen it more than once. Mostly on eggs, but I saw it in at least one Pokémon. This is on the Online Userlist.

Same thing happens to me, only every so often though, and only on eggs. These are in the Unreturned Favors clicklist.

That's normal.
Those are eggs that were hatched, before you got to them. At first, they would simply cause the clicklist to stop working/counting, even if the pokémon still existed, so Riako made them 'count', even if there's no XP gain.

The few eggs/pokémon that don't get a green message were released, before your clicklist got to them. There's not really a solution for that particular problem.
