I know how to make a basic one. However, I see a lot of people that have pictures in theirs, the 'Train' buttons, etc.
How do you do that?? Maybe a tutorial would be useful? I tried looking for a thread with this already but couldn't find it :')

To get a picture in your signature just use:

[img]Img Address/URL here[/img]

to get the 'train' buttons
-go to Community -> Share Widgets
-select your pokemon
-Copy the BBCode
-Paste it into your signature
