Hey guys! I know that you need to be above level 20 to trigger this (which I am!) but I was wondering how else you're meant to trigger it, as everything I've seen has only stated that you must be level 20? I'd really like to unlock the Alola rumble arena, but so far there's been no sign of the quest. Thank you!

In addition to being above lvl 20, it also has to be a sunny weather.
It won’t get triggered right away (well, maybe if you’re lucky it will on your first try), so you have to refresh it a couple of times ^^
