I think it MIGHT have to do with the apostrophe, but for all I know the name could have some kind of foreign swear in it? I'm still confused that it said it was successful...

The message is a little weird, but I think that's because the website itself doesn't realise that apostrophes don't work. For the site, there's nothing wrong with the title, but the apostrophe has other plans and messes with the name behind the scenes.
