It has been five years since the destruction of Team Rocket at the hands of the Legendary Trainer Red. During this time, many events have occurred involving similar evil organizations, but have been stopped thanks to the valiant efforts of other trainers who went on to become Legendary Trainers. However, Arceus noticed a pattern with these incidents. They were all caused by humans. So, Arceus has decided to destroy the universe and remake it without humans. However, young trainers, chosen by the Legendary Pokémon, as well as aided by the Legendary Trainers, may be able to stop Arceus...

Personality: Rusty is generally friendly to strangers and friends alike. He's very mellow and laid back, and likes to relax with walks in the forest.
