Unsure if this is intentional or a bug, but every time I have a berry in my Item Bag, it'll show in the cooking menu, despite me not having the berry in my Berry Bag. It's really irritating to see you're low on a berry and when you try to make it into seeds, it's in another bag.

Watmel Berry used as an example, as I have encountered this issue with other berries as well.

It's intentional, so you can quickly buy-and-use berries from the Shop, when it's possible.
