This is more looking for advice on how to handle a user.

Long story short, we made a deal and they sold me a valuable Pokemon. About an hour later, they are demanding it back saying I owe them significantly more for it. They said they would give me back what I gave them for it, if I wasn't willing to pay more.

I negotiated the deal with them and I met their final demand before it was traded to me. It is currently in my possession.

Quite honestly, I don't want to give it back. I did what I was asked and now I think they're having Seller's Remorse because they're seeing other people get more. They kept changing their demands before the deal went through, and I met them every time until I finally got the Pokemon.

Are they being the unreasonable one, or am I? And Mods, if you're reading, how would you advise me to proceed?

I’m not a mod but I just wanted to share my opinion.

I mean the way I see it is you both already agreed to a trade so it’s not really their call anymore. It would be polite if you gave it back to them or paid them the difference, but since the trade was already completed I wouldn’t say you’re obligated to.

And also them demanding you to either give it back so they can sell it for more or you to pay the difference of what they’re seeing it sell for is kind of wrong on their part.

So them selling it to you is on them.
