How do you organize YOUR storage boxes?

types?
egg groups?

It's hard to explain so I'm just gonna post what my boxes contain:
I have 5 Boxes, one for each of the following:
-Normal Pokemon
-Non-Shiny Pokemon from my Shiny Hunts
-Nicknamed Pokemon
-Favorite Pokemon/Gifts
-Shiny/Legendary/Mega/Mega-Ables

boxes 1-4 aren't organized WHATSOEVER
box 5 is for my goode pokemon aka pokemon i like/shinies/events/etc etc
boxes 6-8 are extras/pkmn im selling from shiny hunts
