Plot:
Several hundred years ago, humans were nearly exterminated by Titans. Titans are typically several stories tall, seem to have no intelligence, devour human beings and, worst of all, seem to do it for the pleasure rather than as a food source. A small percentage of humanity survived by walling themselves in a city protected by extremely high walls, even taller than the biggest Titans. Flash forward to the present and the city has not seen a Titan in over 100 years. Teenage boy Eren and his foster sister Mikasa witness something horrific as the city walls are destroyed by a Colossal Titan that appears out of thin air. As the smaller Titans flood the city, the two kids watch in horror as their mother is eaten alive. Eren vows that he will murder every single Titan and take revenge for all of mankind.

Name: Kai Reuen
Age: 24
Username: Finhawk
History: Kai also lived inside Wall Maria when it was breached by the titans. He got away on the ship quite unharmed due to lots of hiding and running. His whole family was apparently crushed by boulders or devoured by the titans. To the day, Kai still doesn't kow for sure what happened, he just knows they died. His past is quite the tender spot for him and he might even knock your teeth out if you go around digging in his past or guestion him about it. He has deep hatred towards the titans but most of all, for himself. Kai's ashamed for just saving his own life that day and hates himself for it. He pretty much carries a lot of regrets with him.
So that the deaths of his family could mean something, Kai joined the military. Which also gave him the reason to live. He directed his hatred for himself towards the titans to make use of his emotions. At first, Kai was planning to join the Garrison but his curiosity for the outside world won him over and he found himself in the Survey Corps.
Personality: He's usually quite laid back and doesn't seem to take anything seriously. However, in case it's needed, Kai is more than capable of pulling himself together and working hard if he just finds the motivation for it. He also has some trouble following orders in case he doesn't trust and respect the one giving them to him. For this reason, Kai may be seen doing as he pleases from time to time and eventually ending up in trouble. He has no remarkable physical strenght but he beats almost everyone at speed and agility, which usually gets him out of tough situations as well. Kai's no touchy-feely guy and doesn't usually voice his emotions for others. A clap to a shoulder from him might mean 'thank god you're alright.', 'I was worried about you, man.' or something similar. Due to his past regrets, Kai's very stubborn about leaving men behind. If there's even a slim chance to save his comrades, he'll try it no matter what.

Name: Diana
Age: 18
Username: Diana
History: Despite what everyone else around her told her about them being safe and secure, she has been honing her skills and practicing sword-fighting. When the Titan finally managed to breach the walls, she was prepared being that she was already paranoid from the start. She was faster, and more flexible than the other regulars, so she managed to escape. However, her parents weren't as lucky, and she only realized this once she was on the boat...

Similarly to Eren, this prompted her to train more and join the Scouts, later on. Truth is, she had always loved the idea of gliding around using the Omni-directional Mobility Gear, and this only gave her the courage to try it out.
Personality: She looks at things from a very harsh, and depressing realistic viewpoint (similarly to Jean), but she can be fierce and strong, when prompted.
appearance: She is average height and has curly blonde hair which she keeps tied, most of the time. She also likes dressing in combat clothing. This helps her feel more secure.

He was in the leaders room devising with others a new plan to claim back wall Maria. "...And then we should do it like this and...." He explained to others.

"They're bigger than you. They're stronger than you. Some are even smarter than you. They managed to wipe out a huge fraction of mankind in a single day. They are at the top of the food chain. Why don't you just give up? It would save you from much sorrow. Give up."

Diana felt the nudge of one of the other Scouts. She had zoned out as Armin was stating the plan. She shook her head and wiped the beads of sweat that have gathered on her forehead. She had just relived the scene where her parents were being eaten. She remembered that day: That as the ship was sailing away, she watched both her mother and father get eaten by the Titan. The others on the boat had to hold her back to prevent her from jumping into the water and back towards the land.

No. She had no time to think about this, now. She had to focus on the plan. She noticed the look on one of her teammates' face and nodded to him, to assure him that she was listening, now.

Hange was staring into space, thinking of all the new Titans she might find. Although most of mankind thought they were intimidating and scary, she thought Titans should be researched further. It could yield some facts about them no one knew, or maybe even a way to kill them better. Hange kept contemplating the possibilities as Armin droned on and on. 'Thats usually my job, to get everyone bored,' she thought, smiling.

Kai leaned back in his chair, gazing at the roof and not even bothering to look at anyone, "Maybe we should just gather a bunchload of people. Poison them and feed them to the titans and see if the titans would get poisoned too and would just drop dead." Sometimes, he himself wondered where ideas like that came from and why he voiced them out. It was a joke, a horrible joke he might should have kept to himself.

"Oh wait, I guess that wouldn't work after all. Dragging the corpses of the dead titans away would be a pain." He never learned when to stop, did he? At this rate he would be surely thrown out. Again. Which didn't really bother him, not really.

Hange frowned and immediately launched into a lecture about how the Titans' metabolism may be different from humans, since they survived 100 years without eating humans, and how their digestive system may be modified so that certain poisons would not have any effect. "Besides, where would you get the people? No one would like to get eaten." She finished.

Diana couldn't help but chuckle at that. However, her friend wasn't amused. He gave her a sharp look and then directed that at Kai.
