I recently bid on and won an Alolan Vulpix holding a Lugia Egg Voucher, but I am unable to take the voucher from the Vulpix. Please Help, Thank You!

There's currently a hiccup in the code that makes taking items impossible.
Once Riako is online [and notices the thread about it] he'll fix it :)
