I just wanted to ask if it's possible to shiny hunt without a pokeradar? Like, we can just keep track of how many eggs we hatch oursevles or does it have to be with a pokeradar to count it?

You can hatch a shiny without the PokéRadar, but there's no such thing as a 'chain' for a radarless hunt ^^'
Without radar, every egg has the same 1 in 1024 [I think] odds of being shiny.
