Unowns are randomly obtained from the lab. You can also breed for all of them using one and a ditto (but whichever letter you've used to breed will have a slightly higher chance of appearing).

Otherwise, I guess you can also buy them from other users - but that obviously doesn't help with egg dex. If you don't have a ditto, eggdex is pretty hard since you can only randomly obtain eggs from the lab ^^

Of course, after this, you'll get the unown tall grass chip so there's that as well
