Dewott lifted his head at Volt's squeak, but didn't move.

"Me too. I don't want to know what they'd be like.. I like Dewott the way he is. Besides, would it hurt them?" Mel shrugged and curled into a small ball around said water type.

"No idea. But I'm pretty sure Volt wouldn’t like to attack me for any reason. I'm sure it’s going to hurt Blaze. Arceus knows what that Cyndaquil has faced in Team Flare's labs." Victor said. He was worried about Blaze too, since he didn’t know exactly what had been done to his Cyndaquil before.

Mel nodded. "I guess one way to tell if your Pokémon is possessed is if they start attacking for no reason." She sighed and shook her head. "Once all this clears up, we should go pay Team Flare a visit. And by visit, I mean a very aggressive destruction sort of visit."

"I'd like if Blaze personally defeated every grunt and admin there." Victor said, and smiled. Victor called the Cyndaquil from his Pokeball, and the bandaged Cyndaquil smiled innocently.

"That would be fantastic." Mel laughed, and her posture eased up a bit. "He'll get really strong soon. We can find Flare at some point and let Blaze burn it to the ground."

"Yeah." Victor said rather viciously. Cyndaquil nodded enthusiastically, since it was one of the few times he had been given a compliment.

Mel looked at Cyndaquil. "Give them hell from me." She said lowly, and then smiled and sat back.

Tiger looked over the tree branch, and he saw that his Cyndaquil had left the area, and was missing. Tiger yawned and jumped to the ground, where he guessed his Cyndaquil was getting a drink.

Blaze now used Ember at his bandages, which began to burn in a dazzling manner wrapped on the Cyndaquil's body.
"What are you doing?" Victor asked, shocked. He didn’t want Blaze to hurt himself.

"Uh.. Is he okay?" Mel asked in surprise. She noticed Tiger and waved to him. "Should we do something..?"

Dewott peeked out of her sweatshirt and hid his head again.

Tiger looked over and nodded a greeting. He looked over to Blaze curiously.

The bandages burnt away, revealing Blaze's fur again. The wounds had almost healed now.
"I don’t think I need bandages now. I feel pretty good now." Blaze said. Volt translated for Victor and the boy heaved a sigh of relief. He patted Cyndaquil's soft fur.

At Victor's obvious relief, Mel relaxed again, leaning back on her hands. It was clear the wounds had almost healed, so she understood that Blaze probably wanted the bandages off.

Victor fed Blaze a spicy berry, which the Cyndaquil ate happily.
Volt went and comforted Blaze cheerfully.

Tiger looked around for his Cyndaquil. He soon found the Pokemon running back to the others with a Mareep chasing him. "Alright who did you annoy now" Tiger asked and rolled his eyes.

"I didn't do it on purpose! I was just getting some apples from a tree, and this Mareep attacked me!" Cyndaquil said panting slightly.

Mel snickered. "Gosh, that Mareep must really like its apples." She said, sitting up straighter.

“Volt, stay away from any Mareep. I’ve heard that they absorb all the electricity out of electric Pokémon, sometimes enough to kill small electric types like Pichu” Victor warned Volt.
The Raichu didn’t seem to care much.

Mareep froze as she saw multiple trainers. Tiger then sighed as the Pokemon used a thunderbolt aiming for Cyndaquil. "Cyndaquil use a flamethrower to slow e move down" Tiger said quietly. Cyndaquil used a flamethrower, and hit the Mareep. "Alright so why is it obsessed with apples..." Tiger muttered. He examined the Pokemon from a distance, and noticed it was damaged from a previous battle.

Volt stood in front of Cyndaquil, ready to absorb any more thunderbolts with his Lightning Rod ability. "You Attack any more, and I absorb those moves. So it’s useless to attack." Volt warned mareep, his cheeks sparking.

Dewott scrambled back to hide behind Mel's legs. Being a water type, he didn't much appreciate all the electricity.

Mel looked at the Mareep curiously.
