I just planted two Level 2 and 35 Level 1 Eggant berries. The two Level 2 berries and 5 Level 1 berries grew into trees immediately. I hadn't even watered them yet. Confused, I clicked the harvest basket. I got the popup "No plants are ready to be harvested!" and the grown glitch berry trees vanished. I checked my seed bag and berry grinder and they were gone when I started writing this post. However, I just checked my bag again and they're back. I don't know what just happened.

Did you perhaps have the Berry Garden open in several tabs? Actions in one tab, can cause glitches to happen when you do things in the other tab.
I usually have one tab open on the Toolshed, but when I plant or harvest seeds in this tab [accidentally], the plants glitch whenever I visit my actual harvesting tab.
