Rowan giggled at the hug while Dylan tensed."Calm down Dyl.I know
you don't want anyone around her but it is doing her good."James
whispers in his ear."She is too trusting. For all we know, these
people can stab us in the back."Dylan hisses back at James.
Dylan looked over at Cori."So we may be but what is stopping anyone
of you from using us as a simple stepping stone to get out of here?
What is stopping you from making it so we are not left behind? You
said it yourself, we are children. We would be considered baggage
by most."
"It will though I would cut off their arm before then and if they
tried it again I'd kill them." Grim explained from the phone. "And
you could be left behind but that doesn't mean you can't follow
them."
"So, I'm dead, I guess..." Mike spoke to himself, as if he was
taking notes for an experiment "When I woke up, I thought they
somehow managed to give me 500 in time..."
Linda inspected the sorrounding area, not looking all that
surprised she didn't survive the mission. "So, what are we going to
do?"
"We arent to hurt each other anyways." Axel said. "but, should any
of us get hurt, I believe we will be all set." He said, looking at
his hands and feeling the light sparking feeling of his powers. "We
are all dead after all, how much worse can it truly get?" He did
his best to put everyone at ease, sounding as calm as he could.
"Uh, hey, I'm Cori Hazel. I was a hacker trying to get information
about murders of children from the government. And then they killed
me, the end." Cori said, giving a half-hearted wave.
