Dawnpelt carefully nudged under Ashpelt’s body, draping him over her shoulders. “ When you are ready, my leader,” Dawnpelt mewed.

Dawnpelt helped Flamestar carry her clan mate to the medicine cat’s den. She gently let Ashpelt down, making sure not to jostle his carefully wrapped wound. She stood by in the den, in case Greenbush would require any more assistance.

Breezetail skittered ahead, probably the terrified by the notion of being left behind.

"Thank you." Greenbush meowed, moving to crouch near Greenbush to sniff the wound, before standing to check his stores.

Tigerpaw stayed behind to investigate the area the badger went. Lilypaw went over to her "you're a medicine cat. How can you manage to find out if there's a problem or not" she said bluntly.

Tigerpaw didn't respond instead she followed the scent of badger out of the territory. It soon lead to a badger set. "It's set up its home here...we should te-" she began but pricked her ears at Lilypaw's hissing.

"You aren't a warrior why should I listen to you. It's me you should listen to? So don't get to big for your paws" Lilypaw growled lowly.

Tigerpaw flicked an ear, and sighed she then got back up, and cautiously took a step toward the set to check it out. She was then pushed off her paws, and into the badger's nest by a flash of brown fur. "Tigerpaw!" Lilypaw meowed in shock, and ran forward. Tigerpaw struggled to get her footing in the nest when she heard Lilypaw's hiss turn to shock. "What are you doing!? She's your clanmate!" She meowed in shock. Soon the attacking cat pushed Lilypaw into the set as well, and the bracken crunched showing the attacker was fleeing.

Dawnpelt Bowes her head before leaving the medicine cat den. She noted Breezetail’s pressence, but saw that Tigerpaw and Lilypaw has not returned to the camp yet. That can’t be good, not with the badger still at large..., she thought worryingly to herself. After one more glance to the medicine cat’s den, she bounded towards the camp exit, and headed towards upstream.

(I changed things cuz I didn’t realize Sylph wasn’t online)

Tigerpaw growled, and looked around the set. The scent of badger was indeed strong, but it the badger wasn't back yet. "We have to get out of here" Tigerpaw meowed quickly, and got to her paws. She then attempted to climb out of the hole, but the loose dirt sent her skidding backwards.

"Uh...Tigerpaw? I...I think the badger is back" Lilypaw meowed quietly, and looked back over her shoulder. Tigerpaw looked over as well, and noticed the set was built in a tunnel.

Dawnpelt reached the spot where the Badger has attacked Ashpelt, searching for a scent to follow. After quickly locating the rank scent of badger, she dashed out of their territory and to the badger set. She heard voices as she approached echoing from the set, and her ears flattened as the badger scent became strong. She slowed to a stealthy approach, trying to get a sight of the badger before rushing in.

Tigerpaw hissed, and looked over to the exit. She then saw the badger running at them. Lilypaw then hissed, and lashed a paw at the badger. Tigerpaw glanced at Lilypaw and noticed a deep cut on her leg. "Where did you get that!?" she hissed quickly.

"The first badger attack" Lilypaw mewled simply. She hit the badger on the muzzle. Tigerpaw then froze as the badger swung its head to bite Lilypaw. Tigerpaw then launched herself on the badger's muzzle, and raked her claws across the badger's muzzle, and eyes. The creature screeched, and lashed a paw throwing Tigerpaw against the wall of the set. It then growled, and fled down the tunnels due to the injuries it had from the last attack.

Breezetail followed Dawnpelt silently, ears flicking nervously. She'd heard a shout, but wasn't too sure what was going on.

Tigerpaw growled, and tried to get up. She winced as pain seared through her leg. Looking down she tried to guess if it was broken or dislocated. "Anyone out there! We need help!" she meowed in shock. Lilypaw stood guard in case the badger showed up again.

Breezetail leapt over a fallen tree and rushed towards them. She hadn't originally planned on showing herself, as she hadn't been able to smell the badger at first. But now.. "What happened?!" She exclaimed.

Tigerpaw looked over to Lilypaw. She willed the apprentice to say the name of the warrior who threw them in here, but she soon frowned as Lilypaw replied. "A rogue threw us down here" she mewled in fear. "We tried to get out but the dirt is loose"

Breezetail immediately frowned. "Are you both alright?" She meowed carefully. "I mean, physically. Are you hurt?" She could smell a bit of blood, but it seemed old.

Breezetail nodded. She wasn't a medicine cat, but hanging out with Greenbush had its perks. She turned to Tigerpaw. "Can you walk?" She asked her. "We should head back to camp and get both of you checked out."

Tigerpaw got to her paws, and left the injured paw above her. She hissed in pain as he held it up at an awkward angle. "I think I can walk" she meowed uncertainly. "Though how will we get out?"

"Uh.." Breezetail hesitated. "Are there any good paw holds, or is the dirt too loose?" She meowed, reaching one paw down. If she could get a good footing, she could probably pull them up, but they'd probably have to either climb or jump for her to be able to grab them.
