Tigerpaw walked out of the nursery and went toward the medicine cat
den. She looked around, and eventually found the poppy. She bit one
in half, and took one half in her paw she limped back to the
nursery.
Firekit whimpered in pain "it hurts" she mewled sadly as the
Marigold was placed on her wound.
Tigerpaw nodded, and went over to the kit. "Here eat this it'll
make you feel better" she meowed softly. The kit shrunk back at the
seed, "you'll be a strong and brave warrior if you do" she purred
gently. The kit then ate one of the seeds, and whimpered at the
taste.
Greenbush purred softly, satisfied. He turned to Featherstone and
filled his head. "She'll be okay as long as she avoids pulling off
the cobwebs for a bit." He meowed quietly.
Featherstone nodded, and purred weakly "thank you Greenbush, and
you too Tigerpaw" she meowed kindly. She glanced at the kit, and
curled closer to Firekit.
Green bush let out a small sight, turning and heading out of the
nursery. Just how strong was the wind? He shuddered. What was up
with the kits getting hurt?
Tigerpaw walked out of the nursery, she was dragging the bush out
by her jaws. Her mouth was becoming scratched by the thorns. She
then growled, and tugged it out of the nursery, and spat out a few
thorns.
Greenbush whipped around and mentally groaned. How had he
forgotten? He carefully grabbed the bush and pulled it away from
the dens. He could taste a bit of blood, but not much for him. He
looked at Tigerpaw carefully. "Do you want something for that?" He
meowed.
Greenbush shrugged. "Not much, other than let it heal on its own, I
think. If you want to take a poppy seed to help sleep, you can." He
meowed, licking his paw.
Tigerpaw nodded a thanks, and made sure the thorn bush was in a
safe area. She flicked an ear as she noticed the bush was against
the wall, and was pinned down by a few rocks.
Tigerpaw shook her head, bus saw Flamestar just outside the caves.
He was covered in dirt, "I did" he said kindly to the medicine
cats. "Can't have that bush go flying into other dens now can we?"
