The cats continued to stay around the shore line for a few more heartbeats. Tigerpaw's lungs were screaming for air now. Just hang in there she thought sharply. One of the cats then growled, and they left the area.

Greenbush returned to camp silently, lost in thought as he approached the medicine cat den and sat down, looking at Robinkit.

Tigerpaw waited a few more heartbeats, she then surfaced, and coughed. "Ugh" she spat lowly, and coughed up some water maybe I should tell Greenbush, but I don't know who they are... she thought sharply, and collapsed on the shore for a moment.

Robinkit whimpered weakly, and grunted.

Tigerpaw panted, and groaned. She looked around and forced herself to her paws. She then dug up some comfrey root, and padded into camp weakly.

Breezetail let out an unholy screech the second Tigerpaw entered the camp, leaping into the air before rushing over. "StarClan, is the river flooding? You look like a drowned rat!" She exclaimed, staying a few feet back.

Greenbush exited the den, about the yell at Breezetail to shut up when he spotted Tigerpaw. His eyes widened. "Did you fall in the river?" He asked worriedly.

"Uh yeah...a fish sort of got away from me" she meowed softly, and placed the comfrey root in front of her.

Lilypaw walked back into camp, and noticed Tigerpaw. She snorted "forget to fish?" she scoffed lowly, and walked off before Tigerpaw could respond.

Tigerpaw flicked an ear,mand sighed. She then went and placed the comfrey in the medicine cat den. Afterwards she went to a patch of sunlight, and began to lick herself dry.

Greenbush carefully added the comfrey to its pile and licked his paw, drawing it over his ear, mind still on the omen from StarClan.

Tigerpaw continued to lick her fur dry, she spotted Sandfeather walking into camp. The brown warrior glanced at Tigerpaw and nodded a greeting. She then walked past, and went for the fresh kill pile. Tigerpaw had a strange feeling of the way Sandfeather glanced at her she isn't usually friendly... she thought to herself, and stopped midlick. She then growled, and spat out a dead leech from her fur. I'll have to look my pelt over to get all of them out... she growled crossly, and sighed.

Breezetail spotted Sandfeather and turned her head sharply, pretending to be extremely interested by a nearby leaf. She pounced on it, grinning to herself. She did like pulling leaves apart.

Greenbush sighed and shook himself, standing up and exiting the den to sit outside.

Sandfeather walked past Breezetail, and began to gnaw on a mouse. Tigerpaw continued to sniff through her fur silently; she pulled another leech off, and killed it. She gagged slight at the tang the leech and the water from the river. "Ugh next time I hide I'm climbing treehill's tree." She muttered lowly, and only loud enough for a cat nearby to hear her.

Breezetail scowled mentally, continuing to shred the leaf in silence a startled she looked around the camp.

Greenbush looked at Tigerpaw curiously, wanting to question her. Eventually he gave up. "Hide from what?" He meowed curiously.

Tigerpaw looked over to Greenbush. "Well when I was washing my paws in the stream" she began, and pulled another leech from her fur. "I heard a few unfamiliar voices. They were talking about the death berries, and how it will kill Warriors" she whispered lowly, and looked around hoping no one else could hear. Sandfeather was slightly looking over to the medicine cats, and angling her ears to try and catch what they were saying. Tigerpaw noticed this, and looked over to the warrior. Sandfeather then gulped down the rest of the mouse, and went into the Warriors den. "A familiar voice was talking about how Robinkit are the berries..." She sighed, and drew her ears back. She then sniffed her pelt once more, and sighed in relief as she couldn't spot anymore leeches. "A fish then jumped out of the river where I was sitting , and alerted the cats so I had to hide...the river was the only place" she hissed and remembered the torrent that was trying to push her further down.

Greenbush looked thoughtful. "Were you able to scent the cats?" He meowed and looked at her carefully. "That's dangerous, I guess you're lucky, huh?" He shook his head. Was this what StarClan was warning them of?

Tigerpaw shook her head, and sighed "no I couldn't get a good scent they were upwind from me, and they came to search the clearing I stood in before I could open my jaws..." She mumbled "I dived into the river just before they arrived..."

Greenbush nodded, looking troubled. "I hate to admit it, but it must have been a clan cat. I didn't smell anything strange around the camp, unless they covered their scent well."
