Forum-Index → Roleplay → DesertClan (Roleplay)The rogue yowled and stumbled back from the two cats. He hen growled "how does it feel to lose your home and your leader in one day" he spat. Before Ashpelt could respond another rogue jumped from the bushes it was going to tackle Dawnpelt when Hawkpool yowled and the two cats were pushed into a fight.
Sunkit didn’t appear to hear Mudfeather’s urgent words, as her attention was drawn towards the entrance, where the sounds of fighting began to echo through the camp.
A large but thin gray cat came skittering through the bramble tunnel, blood on her muzzle, and other fierce looking cats behind her. “ You need better guards!” She yowled before leaping onto the nearest cat, Duskwind. Duskwind grunted as he was pushed to the ground.
Ashpelt hissed and looked to he caves in the distance. He then looked at Dawnpelt. The warrior then pushed a rogue to the ground. The two were pushed into the dirt, and Ashpelt's old wounds began to reopen. Hawkpool hissed and ran at rogue that Dawnpelt was fighting she pulled it off her. "Take Ashpelt and run! Get back to your camp" she meowed quickly.
Dawnpelt have a pained look of gratitude to Hawkpool and slashed at the face of the rogue they fought with Ashpelt. “ The camp! “ she hissed and darted off back to the camp as fast as her paws could carry her.
The tall grey cat yowled in pain as Feathercloud raked her side. She stood up on her rear legs and came down hard on Feathercloud’s back.
Duskwind scrambled to stand, slightly dazed from the impact of being tackled. He shook his head and hissed as he swatted at the great rogue.
Dusty scrabbled out of the elder's den, looking around wildly, his hackles raised, swatting at a confused rogue who had gone into the den.
Ashpelt nodded and darted off after Dawnpelt. He was concerned about he kits as well as Dawnpelt that he didn't feel the branches whipping his face and flank as he ran.
Hawkpool watched as the two fled she took down one of the rogues victoriously managing to kill one of them. If I die now...Redkit might not know about Duskwind, but I need to fight for them. I just hope Duskwind survives she thought sharply he was hen knocked over by more rogues and was buried in the fur. A rogue then pinned her down and yowled in victory as he delivered the final blow killing Hawkpool.
" I..." Sunkit failed to find words as she stared out of the nursery in fear. There were more rogue cats poured in through the camp entrance and the sound of fighting filled the camp. Where is mother? Where is Flamestar? , she thought as she stared out of the nursery.
Duskwind barely flinched at the gray cat's attack and struck back, attacking the rogue's front shoulder. Another rogue cat appeared at the gray cat's side, hissing angrily with it's ears flattened to its head. Duskwind took a step back, glancing at Feathercloud nervously. " There's too many! " he shouted to her.
Feathercloud hissed, fluffing up her fur to make herself look bigger. "We can't let them take the camp." She snapped, swiping at the second rogue, flattening her ears against her head anxiously.
"How are you alive! I thought I killed you!" Sandfeather spat and let go of Fallentree. The orange and white warrior limped out of camp towards PineClan.
"I still had lives. Let my warriors go and you can admit victory we will leave quietly!" Flamestar yelled boldly. Only the pines can help the sun the prophecy repeated in his mind. He drew his ears back and goared at Sandfeather. "You may outnumber us here, but I can still fight. Let is go and I'll take my clan without a fight!"
Ashpelt ran into camp just to hear the call for retreat. He looked at Dawnpelt in slight fear. "What about Hawkpool?" He whispered to his mate and remembered they left her behind.
Sunkit mewled pitifully, " We have to leave?" she cried softly.
Duskwind's tail dropped slightly as he warily moved away from the rogues. " We'll won't let this stand, " he growled, heading towards the camp entrance.
"It'll be alright" Flowerheart mewled quietly and licked Sunkit on the cheek she then heard Flamestar whispering to Dawnpelt. The leader was close to the nursery so his voice carried over to the den.
"We'll go to PineClan. StarClan have spoken to me and then only way to save the clan is to ask PineClan. I know we've been relying on them a lot lately but we need their help" he mewled quietly. His voice was hollow with defeat as he glared at Sandfeather and the rogues.
Duskwind flicked his tail, hesitating before leaving the camp with his clan mates. The rogue cats heavily outnumbered them, and he could see more outside of the camp as well. The gray cat smiled, exposing a chipped fang, " Speak again, and I won't let you stand at all," she growled. Duskwind hissed and padded out of the bramble tunnel.
