Have you ever wanted to make an emoticon and then there's a random emoji in the middle? Or what if the emoji doesn't look eye pleasing to you compared to the black text? I think on the settings page there should be a checkbox to disable emojis.

I am pretty sure this was suggested before, not to mention the fact that Riako once said he'd implement it.
