These are banners that basically you get when you do something like hatch 100 eggs or hatch 5 shinys these don't add anything much to the game its just something to do with your spare time. Thanks

1) There's currently the Badges that seem to have some of these to it already.
2) New Medal Rally Suggestion which appears to cover this as well.

Yeah, like a shiny Kyogre banner instead of the regular one, once you get a certain number of shinies (Omg!)

It seems like people are taking this two different ways...
Do you mean the site banner? If so, already suggested.
Do you mean a user banner like the Premium ones? If so, already rejected. I'm trying to find it to post a link right now. Edit: I found it! It wasn't EXACTLY like this, but some of the stuff on the second page is relevant. Regardless, no support, as we already have Badges. To me (assuming this is what you're suggesting) it seems like you just want Badges that show up like the Premium banner instead of in your Badge Case...
