Hoppy Town. A place where trainers and their magikarp compete to see whos Magikarp can jump highest.
A chemical has been released into the water, and only the trainers can fix it.
This chemical is of unknown origin, but only some of the magikarp are effected by it.
It allows them onto the land, and it makes them... Human?
We aren't quite sure of the species, but it's not magikarp and its not human.
The magikarp need our help. Will you help them?
