The shadows in Nova's mind formed a figure. A female with long blond hair and red eyes emerged, clothed in whisps of black. "No... Not you..." Nova muttered, both in her dreams and in the real world.

"No." Asriel says.

"Then why did you run? Was it because of your father? Or maybe it was because of the fights with Astral. Or maybe it was because you weren't ever good enough..." The creature says, twisting through the air slowly as if it was water and tapping Asriel with a claw. "Ah, you're so interesting, Asriel. And we're so alike. The last of the great Neveri race... and the last of the Fetian Purebloods."

"Hello, little star. How are you?! We haven't met like this in what, 300 years?" The girl asked, laughing slightly. She flicked a lock of her blonde hair over her shoulder and blinked her red eyes. "No... No..." Nova whispered, trying to push the girl away with happy memories: Her previous conversations with her friends... her companions... her twin Galletas, Angelica and Eliza... Asriel. She held on to all the visions of Asriel she could. Their many adventures... that time in Paris... trying to push the darkness away... trying to push her away.
